There are 48 clinics prescribing medical cannabis across the UK, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man - some with multiple locations. Your prescription will typically be based on a monthly amount of cannabis flower/oil/capsules/carts, with some clinics charging a repeat prescription fee. All patients typically require medical evaluation every 3 months, however some clinics will insist on monthly consultations for at least the first few months to monitor for adverse reactions - this varies by case, and by clinic group.

Estimated annual minimum is based on just 4 consultations and 8 prescription repeats. First year includes sign-up, an additional consultation (or follow-up fee if different), and one less repeat.
Some clinics require a paid consultation when swapping to new medications (with exceptions made for out-of-stock) - others allow free patient choice up to a prior agreed monthly amount.
